Receptionist
Job Description
The Receptionist plays a key role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the office and providing essential support to the HR team. This position serves as a central point of contact for visitors, candidates, and internal and external communications, while maintaining accurate records and an organized office environment. The role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and discretion, with a strong focus on confidentiality, compliance with company policies, and health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to the Human Resources staff by organizing and leading the flow of oncoming candidates’ interview process.
Handling incoming and outgoing mail, email, and phone communications.
Maintain and create an organized and clean office environment.
Additional Duties:
Deliver high end customer service when greeting and assisting oncoming candidates.
Handle candidate information with confidentiality and with regard to company policies and procedures.
Serve as a direct point of contact for internal and external communication.
General Skills & Qualifications:
Expert organizational skills with a strong focus on workflow management.
Strong communication skills for effective internal and external collaboration.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and showcase the ability to take initiative, value collaboration, and become highly adaptable.
Ability to quickly learn new applications, software, and dashboards as adopted and used within the company.
Must have an active driver’s license and be approved on the company’s insurance.
Able to lift up to 30 pounds without assistance as needed.

Hourly Wage - $19.00
