About the Role:

The Human Resources Coordinator role is crucial to the success of our organization. Human Resource Coordinators will provide the introduction to all drivers that are hired into TowerEV . They play a key role in communicating the company culture and policies while ensuring the interviewing of candidates, drive testing, onboarding documentation and training is managed effectively. Human Resource Coordinators will bridge the gap between the recruitment team and the operations team to ensure driver experience is streamlined as they start with the company. Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Department: Human Resources

Reports to: Human Resources Manager

Hourly Rate: $20/hourly

Key Responsibilities:

● New Hire Documentation

○ Take training conducted by the HR department to stay up to date on

new-hire documents and company policies.

○ Stay up to date with labor laws that directly apply to TowerEV

operations.○ Apply effective interview tactics to all meetings with oncoming

candidates.

○ Keep a batch of new hire documents and tools ready for future

training.

○ Work with the HR department to make sure both physical and

electronic onboarding documents are stored/filed in appropriate areas.

● Driving Evaluations

○ Be a safe driver and maintain a clean driving record throughout the

term of your employment.

○ Follow defensive driving techniques and adhere to traffic laws to

minimize the risk of incidents.

○ Understand and correctly teach potential drivers on the usage of all

vehicle technology standards per the driving evaluation.

○ Orient potential hires on the drive evaluation and scoring parameters.

○ Be assertive and provide safe directions during the driving evaluation.

○ Coordinate with HR Leads and other team members to ensure every

drive test is conducted only after the candidate has been successfully

added to the company insurance policy and finished their interview.

○ Maintain accurate reporting of all drive tests and file the reports in

appropriate areas per the guidance of the HR department.

● Trainings

○ Update software on training laptops and clearing them after every use

for upcoming training.

○ Maintain a welcoming training environment.

○ Maintain an engaging atmosphere for all trainees in order to ensure an

efficient session.

○ Submit training reports and send them to appropriate departments.

○ Review processes of each day and continue to enhance your skills to

improve the training workflow moving forward.

● Customer Service and Leadership

○ Maintain a positive attitude and assist drivers with app issues and

questions regarding their employment paperwork.○ Answer all incoming questions effectively and have a constant flow of

communication up the chain of command within the HR department.

General Skills & Qualifications:

● Strong Leadership and team management skills.

● Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement

in learning.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to unpredictable

situations.

● Handle interacting with various team members on a daily basis.

● Experience in Human Resources is preferred.

● Strong communication and organizational skills.

● Must have an active driver’s license and be approved on the company’s

insurance.

● Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.

● Able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance as needed.

Benefits:

● Medical, dental, and vision benefits are provided through Thatch’s ICHRA,

starting on the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.

● Paid time off is accrued weekly from the first week of work but cannot be

used until after completing 90 days of employment. Eligible employees are

required to provide ample notice and get HR/Managerial approval prior to

using paid vacations.

● $40 personal phone reimbursement eligibility depending on position will be

issued monthly.

Communication Channels:

● Email; a towerev, towermobility, or towerwav email will be assigned to you.

● Dialpad; for making outward calls or receiving inward calls based on

department.

● Microsoft teams; for internal communication between employees.Technology:

● Stay updated on technological advancements and utilize company tools and

resources effectively.

● Preferred general knowledge on all Microsoft Applications including, but

not limited to, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.

● General Knowledge of the Uber Application, and its functions.

● General to Proficient knowledge of ADP depending on job position.

● Be able to quickly learn new apps, software, and dashboards adopted and

used within the company.

● Abide by the company’s cybersecurity policies.

● Adhere to Tower’s policies and procedures as indicated in the Employee

Handbook.

● Work in a safe and effective manner.

● Perform duties as workload necessitates.

● Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude.

● Communicate regularly with team members or higher management about

work related topics depending on the issues.

● Demonstrate efficient time management skills.

● Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.

● Meet applicable productivity standards.

● Complete all other duties as assigned by TowerMobility.

● Employees must have reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
