Operations Manager
Job Description
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of your designated branch. Your role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintaining a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace. Success in this role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to streamline processes while supporting your team.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand site’s key performance indicators and safety procedures, ensuring the site consistently meets all target goals and stays compliant with federal, state, and local regulations
Complete all administrative work, including approving timesheets, maintain accurate employee personal records, and payroll
Oversee all fleet maintenance, inspections, and cleaning schedules to ensure operational reliability
Additional Duties:
Report all data tracked such as driver metrics through engaging in all meetings, and leverage operational and fleet management software effectively
Apply disciplinary actions fairly and consistently while providing continuous coaching and support to help team performance
Oversee dispatching supervisors and drivers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, providing clear expectations and feedback
General Skills & Qualifications:
Showcasing excellent verbal and written communication skills by continuously keeping drivers, leadership, and partners informed.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement in learning.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and showcase the ability to take initiative, value collaboration, and become highly adaptable.
Must be highly organized.
Be able to quickly learn new applications, software, and dashboards as adopted and used within the company.
Must have an active driver’s license and be approved on the company’s insurance.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance as needed.

The salary range for this position is between $75,000-$85,000, this includes base pay and quarterly performance-based bonuses
