Fleet Administrator
Job Description
The Fleet Administrator supports the Fleet Department by managing administrative, compliance, and coordination tasks that ensure company vehicles remain operational, compliant, and properly documented. This role works closely with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to track maintenance activities, maintain accurate fleet records, and support the daily operations of fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections with external vendors while maintaining communication with service providers to track repair progress and completion timelines.
Maintain accurate records of fleet documentation, repairs, and administrative transactions.
Manage parts inventory by ordering and receiving parts, keeping inventory updated, coordinating funding requests, and uploading invoices.
Handle DMV-related tasks including vehicle registration, title processing, and related documentation.
Additional Duties:
Assist with vehicle logistics when necessary, including picking up or delivering vehicles to shops or vendors.
Support Fleet leadership with administrative coordination to ensure smooth daily fleet operations.

Ability to quickly learn new applications, software, and dashboards as adopted and used within the company.
Must have an active driver’s license and be approved on the company’s insurance.
Able to lift up to 30 pounds without assistance as needed.

The hourly wage for this position is $20.00.
