TowerWav Supervisor Role 

Success in this role requires effective collaboration among other team members and assisting drivers with training and development. Supervisors should be proactively taking initiative on operational challenges to drive continuous improvement. 
We are seeking a PART-TIME candidate.
 
Job Title: Wav Supervisor 

Department: Operations 

Reports to: WAV Manager 

Hourly Rate: $20/hourly 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Support Operations: 

  • Assist management in leading daily operations, ensuring efficient communication and smooth execution of tasks. 

2. Safety and Customer Service Standards: 

  • Lead by example on safety protocols and maintain high levels of customer service by fostering a customer-first mindset and keeping vehicle maintenance reporting up to date. 

3. Employee Training/Development: 

  • Assist management with new employee training to ensure that all teams have the knowledge and support to drive operational excellency. 

4. Teamwork: 

  • Collaborate with different team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective problem-solving in real-time. 

5. Maintain professionalism and respect towards all team members: 

  • Be a champion for respect and acceptance. 

6. Problem Solving and Adaptability: 

  • Proactively take initiative by adapting to the fast-paced, dynamic environment of the transportation industry. 

7. Communication and Collaboration: 

  • Maintain effective communication with Management, and other team members to ensure execution on company goals. 

8. Dispatch and Monitor: 

  • Ensure that all zones are covered by drivers in areas that are receiving rides. 

  • Communicating with drivers in a professional manner different areas to move to while on shift.  

  • Reporting to management about low performers and addressing safety concerns. 

Qualifications:  

  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills. 

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous learning. 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to unpredictable situations. 

  • Experience with transportation on UBER or LYFT is a plus. 

  • Strong communication and organizational skills. 

  • Tech Savvy; Includes proficiency in learning how to operate smart tables and computers. 

Benefits: 

  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits are provided through Thatch’s ICHRA, starting on the 1st of the month following 90 days of employment. 

  • Paid time off is accrued weekly from the first week of work but cannot be used until after completing 90 days of employment. Eligible employees are 
    required to provide ample notice and get HR/Managerial approval prior to 
    using paid vacations. 

  • $40 personal phone reimbursement eligibility depending on position will be issued monthly. 

Technology: 

  • Company Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Teams, Word, and Excel. 

  • Learning New Tools: Be ready to learn new applications and tools used within the company. 

  • Cybersecurity Awareness: Adhere to Tower EV's cybersecurity policies to protect company data. 

Additional Information: 

Employees must have reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
