Creative Strategist


                     The Creative Strategist supports our marketing and brand team by helping shape

creative ideas, organizing content, and collaborating across departments to bring our brand to

life. They develop excitement for branding, storytelling, and turning ideas into campaigns people

remember. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn, experiment, and grow alongside experienced

creatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Helping develop creative ideas and messaging for campaigns, content, and brand

initiatives.

• Supporting social media presence, digital content, and internal communications boards.

• Collaborating with designers, marketers, and operations teams to assist with creative

planning, timelines, and asset organization.

Additional Duties:

• Research trends, competitors, and cultural moments to inspire fresh ideas.

• Jump into brainstorming sessions and creative reviews to identify key areas for further

content development.

General Skills & Qualifications:

• Passion for branding, storytelling, and creative marketing.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement in learning.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and showcase the ability to take initiative,

value collaboration, and become highly adaptable.

• Must be highly organized, curious, and eager to learn.

• Be able to quickly learn new applications, software, and dashboards as adopted and used

within the company.

• Must have an active driver’s license and be approved on the company’s insurance.

• Able to lift up to 30 pounds without assistance as needed.
