Job Description
The Talent Development Supervisor is responsible for assessing, designing, and delivering effective training programs that support employee growth, performance improvement, and organizational success. This role partners closely with department leaders and subject matter experts to identify skill gaps, develop engaging learning solutions, and deliver impactful training sessions. In addition to training development, the role supports internal recruitment efforts by coordinating office-based hiring, maintaining accurate candidate tracking, and ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and manage training programs, including instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning content using effective learning and instructional design practices.
Oversee talent acquisition and onboarding activities, including recruitment, candidate tracking, interviewing, and maintaining employment-related documentation.
Assess training needs and identify skill gaps by partnering with department leaders to support employee performance and organizational goals.
Additional Duties:
Facilitate employee development initiatives through workshops, onboarding programs, and collaborating with subject matter experts to deliver specialized training.
Evaluate and enhance learning effectiveness by analyzing training metrics, participant feedback, and performance outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
Lead and support team performance by providing coaching, performance feedback, and serving as a strategic partner to leaders on training, development, and staffing needs.
General Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement in learning.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and showcase the ability to take initiative, value collaboration, and become highly adaptable.
Must be highly organized.
Proficiency in Learning Management Systems, Adobe Captivate or similar.
Be able to quickly learn new applications, software, and dashboards as adopted and used within the company.
Must have an active driver’s license and be approved on the company’s insurance.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance as needed.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $75,000.
