About the Role: The Vehicle Coordinator is responsible to ensure the fleet is road ready for the TowerEV drivers. A vehicle is considered road ready when it is fully charged, cleaned and inspected for supplies and mechanical conditions for it to be able to safely drive. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, punctuality, and adherence to safety protocols. Monday-Friday 12AM-8:30AM
&
Saturday-Sunday 12AM-8:30AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Operation and Maintenance
- Drive electric cars between parking lots and charging stations safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the vehicles.
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies during vehicle operation.
- Report any maintenance needs or mechanical issues promptly.
- Charging and Communication
- Monitor and manage the charging schedules to ensure all vehicles are charged as needed.
- Accurately record trip details, charging times, and any issues encountered.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members regarding vehicle status and any delays.
- Inspections & Cleaning
- Perform inspections on vehicle supplies, emergency equipment and vehicle safety.
- Cleaning vehicles and taking them to the exterior car wash.
General Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement in learning.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to unpredictable situations.
- Handle interacting with various team members on a daily basis.
- Must have an active driver’s license and be approved on the company’s insurance.
- Comply with the company's drug testing policy.
- Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance as needed.
Benefits:
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits are provided through Thatch’s ICHRA, starting on the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.
- Paid time off is accrued weekly from the first week of work but cannot be used until after completing 90 days of employment. Eligible employees are required to provide ample notice and get HR/Managerial approval prior to using paid vacations.
Communication Channels:
- Email; a towerev, towermobility, or towerwav email will be assigned to you.
- Dialpad; for making outward calls or receiving inward calls based on department.
- Microsoft teams; for internal communication between employees.
Technology:
- Stay updated on technological advancements and utilize company tools and resources effectively.
- Preferred general knowledge on all Microsoft Applications including, but not limited to, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
- General Knowledge of the Vehicles OS (Rivian, Kia & Tesla Etc)
- General knowledge of payroll platform.
- Be able to quickly learn new apps, software, and dashboards adopted and used within the company.
- Abide by the company’s cybersecurity policies.

- Perform duties as workload necessitates.
- Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude.
- Communicate regularly with team members or higher management about work related topics depending on the issues.

- Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Meet applicable productivity standards.
- Complete all other duties as assigned by TowerMobility.
