Operations Coordinator
Job Description
The Operations Coordinator will transmit policies, monitor safety alerts, escalate driver complaints and driver performance issues to the appropriate departments, and ensure the operations are running smoothly without interruptions. They will build a safe working environment that facilitates and leads the drivers to set their priorities to creating a safe and customer-oriented ride.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor driver performance using various indicators such as Key Performance Indicators, Attendance, Map Zoning, and Uber Dashboard Scores.
Answer any incoming calls from drivers assisting them with any issues that may arise during their shift.
Develop driver familiarity and assist Supervisors with team huddles, announcements, and coaching, as needed, for all drivers.
Additional Duties:
Use Uber Dashboard to track driver utilization, identifying areas for improvement and escalating issues to Supervisors.
Track all driver attendance, dispatch information, and gap time using excel spreadsheets to maintain accountability for drivers.
Track safety alerts from Samsara cameras within the vehicle, escalating issues to Safety.

Strong communication skills for effective internal and external collaboration.
Strong hands-on approach with a willingness to assist team members across various tasks.
Compassionate mindset focused on fostering a positive, productive, and collaborative work culture.
Be able to quickly learn new applications, software, and dashboards as adopted and used within the company.
Must have an active driver’s license and be approved on the company’s insurance.
Able to lift up to 30 pounds without assistance as needed.

The hourly wage for this position is $20.00.
