About the Role: A Custodian is responsible for maintaining cleanliness,
safety, and orderliness within the building. This involves routine cleaning tasks,
minor maintenance duties, and ensuring that all areas are sanitary and presentable.
Janitors play a vital part in creating a healthy and welcoming environment for all
employees and incoming applicants.

Hourly Rate: $20
Key Responsibilities:
● General Cleaning and Sanitation
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting floors and surfaces in
common areas, office, training room, hallways, and restrooms.
- Ensuring to maintain a clean and safe environment for all employees.
● Restroom Sanitation
- Cleaning toilets, sinks, mirrors, and replenishing supplies like soap,
paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Ensuring hygiene standards are met and prevents the spread of germs.
● Waste Disposal
- Emptying common area and office area trash, replacing liners, and
ensuring proper disposal of waste materials.
- Reduce odor throughout the office space, prevent pest infestations,
and support sustainability efforts.
● Specialized Cleaning Tasks
- Deep cleaning high use areas, polishing floors, and disinfecting
high-touch surfaces during flu seasons or outbreaks.
- Support public health within the office.
● Inventory and Supply Management
- Monitoring cleaning supply levels and notifying supervisors when
restocking is needed.
- Ensuring that you are always equipped to perform duties effectively.
General Skills & Qualifications:
● Excellent problem-solving abilities.
● Strong organizational and cleanliness skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
● Experience in the janitorial is preferred.
●Strong communication and organizational skills.
● Able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance as needed.
Benefits:
● Medical, dental, and vision benefits are provided through Thatch’s ICHRA,
starting on the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.
● Paid time off is accrued weekly from the first week of work but cannot be
used until after completing 90 days of employment. Eligible employees are
required to provide ample notice and get HR/Managerial approval prior to
using paid vacations.
● $40 personal phone reimbursement eligibility depending on position will be
issued monthly.
Communication Channels:
● Microsoft teams; for internal communication between employees.
Technology:
● Be able to quickly learn new apps, software, and dashboards adopted and
used within the company.
● Abide by the company’s cybersecurity policies.

● Adhere to Tower’s policies and procedures as indicated in the Employee
Handbook.

work related topics depending on the issues.

● Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.

● Complete all other duties as assigned by TowerMobility.

● Employees must have reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
● Schedules are malleable and may be subject to change. Please check in with
Management regarding any changes.
