Human Resources Associate 

Job Description 

                  The Human Resources Associate is a key contributor to the effective management of employee relations, compliance, and initiatives across the organization. This position serves as a trusted point of contact for all HR-related inquiries, fostering a positive and productive work environment, supporting performance management, employee lifecycle processes, and cross-departmental communication. This is a temporary eight week position beginning September 1st, 2026. 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-Related inquiries, assist in resolving employee issues, providing support and guidance 

  • Support the performance review process by coordinating review schedules, collecting performance data 

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with local, state and federal laws while maintaining and updating employee records and databases, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information. 

Additional Duties:  

  • Support the implementation of new HR systems and technologies, improving HR processes, and employee experience. 

  • Provide administrative support to HR department including preparing documents, managing correspondence 

  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans 

General Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement in learning. 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and showcase the ability to take initiative, value collaboration, and become highly adaptable. 

  • Must be highly organized. 

  • Be able to quickly learn new applications, software, and dashboards as adopted and used within the company.  

  • Must have an active driver’s license and be approved on the company’s insurance.  

  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance as needed.
